1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Bridge Learning Group Pte. Ltd. ("Bridge Learning", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the BEE PRO portal (the "Portal"). It applies to everyone who uses the Portal, including centre staff, teachers, therapists, supervisors, franchisees, licensees, trial users and parents.
We handle personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") and, where applicable, comparable laws in the countries our users operate in.
2. Personal Data We Collect
Account and contact data
- your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, centre name, role and login credentials;
- partner registration details, if your centre applies to work with us (organisation and contact particulars).
Child (learner) data
- learner profiles: name, date of birth, NRIC or identification number, gender, race, religion, nationality, school and school level, medical conditions, learning needs and notes;
- parents' names and email addresses, which also let parents sign in to see their own child's records;
- intervention records: term plans, session notes, progress statuses and progress reports;
- assessment records: BEE Assessment answers, scores, observations and generated reports.
Usage data
- technical and usage information such as login events and how Portal features are used, which helps us keep the Portal secure and improve it.
3. Why We Use Your Personal Data
We collect and use personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate, and in particular to:
- provide the Portal: learner records, intervention plans, session tracking, assessments and progress reports for the learners in your care;
- manage accounts, roles and centre access, including verifying staff and delivering credentials to teachers by email or WhatsApp;
- administer subscriptions, BEE Trials, the Honeybees referral program and related rewards;
- let parents access records about their own child;
- support you, including answering questions through the Portal's Support assistant;
- keep the Portal secure, prevent misuse and comply with our legal and professional obligations.
4. Children's Personal Data
The Portal holds personal data about children because that is essential to planning and recording early intervention. We rely on the consent of each child's parent or guardian, given through the child's centre or school, to collect and use the child's data for these purposes. Centres are responsible for obtaining that consent and for entering child data only for learners they are responsible for. If a parent withdraws consent, the child's data is handled in line with section 7.
5. When We Share Personal Data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed to run the Portal and support our centres:
- Within your centre: a learner's records are visible to the teachers, supervisors and franchisee staff assigned to that learner, as determined by the Portal's role-based access.
- Within Bridge Learning: with our staff and systems that administer enrolment, attendance, materials and billing — including our Executive Studio administration system.
- Parents: parents see records relating to their own child only.
- Service providers: email, WhatsApp and infrastructure providers help us deliver messages and run the Portal; they process data only on our instructions.
- Legal reasons: where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the rights, safety or security of children, users or the Portal.
6. Keeping Data Secure and Retention
- The Portal applies role-based access control so each person sees only the records their role entitles them to, and content protection measures to reduce unauthorised copying.
- We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law or our professional record-keeping obligations. When a centre ends its subscription, data is retained for a reasonable export window and then deleted or anonymised, unless we must keep it longer.
7. Your Rights Under the PDPA
- Access: you may ask what personal data we hold about you and, through your centre, about your child.
- Correction: you may ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete. Many details (learner profiles, session notes) can be corrected directly in the Portal by your centre's staff.
- Withdrawal of consent: where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. This may affect our ability to continue providing the Portal for the affected learner.
- Complaints: you may raise concerns about our handling of personal data via the Support page or your usual Bridge Learning contact, and we will respond.
8. Cookies and Analytics
The Portal uses minimal cookies needed to keep you signed in, and usage analytics to understand how features are used and improve the product. These tools do not give third parties access to your learners' personal data.
9. Data Relating to Other Jurisdictions
Our centres may operate outside Singapore. Personal data may be processed on infrastructure located outside Singapore, and we take reasonable safeguards (such as contractual protections with providers) when transferring personal data across borders.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "Last updated" date. Material changes will be brought to affected users' attention where practical.
11. Contact Us
Questions or requests about personal data can be sent to the Bridge Learning team through the Support page of this Portal or through your usual Bridge Learning contact.
