Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. About These Terms

Welcome to BEE PRO, an online portal for Individualised Early Intervention (IEI) operated by Bridge Learning Group Pte. Ltd. ("Bridge Learning", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Bridge Learning and apply whenever you access or use the BEE PRO portal (the "Portal"), whether you are a centre, school, teacher, therapist, supervisor, franchisee, licensee, trial user or parent ("you").

By creating an account, signing in to, or otherwise using the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation (for example a centre or school), you confirm that you are authorised to do so, and these Terms bind both you and your organisation.

2. Your Account and Access

  • Accounts are set up by Bridge Learning or by your centre's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must not share them with anyone else.
  • Access differs by role (admin, franchisee, licensee, supervisor, teacher/EIS and trial user). You may only use the features and data made available to your role and your centre.
  • Notify the Bridge Learning team promptly through the Support page if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, or if your staff member has left and their access should be removed.

3. Subscriptions, BEE Trial and Honeybees

  • Plans. Access to the Portal is provided under a subscription plan (for example BEE Starter, BEE Growth or BEE Enterprise) entered into between Bridge Learning and the subscribing centre. Plan features are described on the Subscription Plans page.
  • BEE Trial. We may offer a free trial with limited access to the Portal's features. Trial access is provided for evaluation only, may be limited in scope and duration, and may be ended by us at any time.
  • Honeybees. Referral rewards ("Honeybees") are promotional credits. Honeybees are earned when a centre you refer subscribes to a paid plan, and may be redeemed for free subscription months as described on the My Honeybees page. Honeybees have no cash value, are not transferable, and Bridge Learning may change or end the referral program at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Portal only for its intended purpose — planning, recording and reporting on early intervention for the learners in your care. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Portal for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or professional obligation (including confidentiality obligations to the children and families you work with);
  • enter personal data of children or adults into the Portal without a proper basis for doing so (see our Privacy Policy);
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data, other centres' records, or any part of the Portal not assigned to your role;
  • share, export, print or redistribute the Portal's instructional plans, worksheets, videos or other materials beyond the use licensed in section 6;
  • interfere with or overload the Portal, or use automated tools to scrape or extract its content; or
  • misrepresent your identity, your centre, or your relationship with any child or organisation.

5. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of the information you and your centre enter into the Portal (learner profiles, term plans, session notes, progress reports and similar). You grant Bridge Learning a limited licence to store and process that content on the Portal's infrastructure for the sole purpose of operating the Portal for you, and — where your centre's arrangements require it — sharing it with the Bridge Learning team members who support your centre.

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the content you enter, and for having the necessary consents to record and share child-related information (see our Privacy Policy).

6. Portal Materials and Intellectual Property

  • The Portal's instructional plan library, worksheets, videos, assessments, branding and other materials are owned by Bridge Learning and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for delivering early intervention to learners covered by your subscription, within your centre.
  • You must not sell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute these materials, or remove any branding, watermark or attribution from them.

7. Reports and Assessments

The Portal's assessments (including the BEE Assessment), observations, progress reports and learning analytics are planning and record-keeping tools. They do not constitute a medical, psychological or educational diagnosis, and they do not replace professional judgement or advice from qualified professionals. Decisions about a child's intervention, care or referral remain the responsibility of the child's family and the qualified professionals involved.

8. Fees and Billing

Subscription fees, payment terms and billing arrangements are set out in the agreement between Bridge Learning and the subscribing centre. Bridge Learning may change subscription pricing prospectively on reasonable notice; changes never apply retroactively to amounts already paid for a current subscription period.

9. Availability and Changes to the Portal

We aim to keep the Portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or remove Portal features, and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

10. Suspension and Termination

  • We may suspend or end access to the Portal if you materially breach these Terms, if fees remain unpaid, or to protect the Portal, its users or the data within it.
  • You or your centre may stop using the Portal at any time, subject to the notice period in your subscription agreement.
  • On termination, we will make your centre's recorded data available for export for a reasonable period where you request it, after which we may delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridge Learning is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit, data beyond the Portal's records, or business opportunity) arising from use of the Portal. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, in aggregate, to the subscription fees paid by your centre in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Other Systems and Third-Party Services

  • Attendance, enrolment and billing administration for learners are handled in our Executive Studio system, which is separate from BEE PRO. Queries about attendance and session records should be directed to the Bridge Learning team.
  • The Portal delivers account credentials and notifications by email or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by those messaging services.

13. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "Last updated" date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users before it takes effect. Continued use of the Portal after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to the Bridge Learning team through the Support page of this Portal or through your usual Bridge Learning contact.
